🌿A poem about fear, awakening and the return to the light
Sometimes life takes us to the edge of our being – where the known ends and the unknown begins.
Where silence sets in, where fear and surrender meet, the sacred process of transition begins.
This poem describes the path of the soul – from letting go and darkness to the realization of one’s own light.
It is a reminder that dying is not the end, but a return.
Back to ourselves.
Back in love.
Back into the light.
✨ Poem
I'm dying.
Fear envelops me,
my voice fails –
I am mute.
My ears fail,
the world becomes quiet –
I am deaf impaired.
My eyes fail,
the light goes out –
I am blind.
What a nightmarish emptiness,
nobody hears me!
An endless, heavy silence.
I'm alone.
Lonely and desperate.
But – what is it?
Who 's there?
A quiet whisper,
a gentle breath in me:
It's me.
Suddenly I feel myself.
I become aware of myself.
I am aware.
I am with myself.
I'm here.
Slowly I release myself,
become free,
I am full of lightness,
expand upwards.
I am alive,
I feel my strength.
I am born again.
Full of joy.
Full of light.
Full of peace.
✨ I'm curious about life,
to what is still to come.

🔥 Ahoy!
🌿 Personal experience
🔥 I have experienced this process firsthand – a deep dying within life itself. I've walked through fear, silence, and darkness and been reborn beyond death—in light, consciousness, and love. 💫
✨ Healing accompaniment
In my work as a shaman and energy medicine practitioner, I accompany people in times of change and transition – in moments of letting go, healing, and new beginnings.
I open spaces in which the soul remembers that it is eternal.
Spaces where fear turns into trust and death loses its terror.
Dying is not an end, but a return – to one’s own light, to love, to consciousness.
When we learn to honor this process—in ourselves and in others—life becomes deeper, clearer, and more sacred.
From soul to soul,
sincerely
Silke 🌿✨
